"This "post" is an update to the review I wrote earlier. Wow - so glad Sandi strongly suggested we look at the home we purchased. At first we thought that paying HOA fees wasn’t worth it. Boy was I wrong. It is so nice to have the yard taken care of from mowing, weed eating, watering and even leaf removal. The neighbors and neighbor hood is quiet and friendly. Best decision ever.
